The last few years may have felt so slow at times and so quick during others, it’s hard to believe 2022 is just around the corner. For us, 2021 was a whirlwind of a year as we completed the Hartford Residence, our largest project to date, and exceeded our new client goals. We are so grateful for the Austin community, those who have put their trust in us to build them beautiful new homes, and look forward to what the new year may bring.

As we close out 2021 it’s been both bittersweet and exciting to look back on everything we’ve done in the last year. From breaking ground on even more large-scale luxury homes, to forging partnerships with some of Austin’s best-of-the-best vendors, it’s going to be hard to top these wins in 2022. We know there will be ups and downs, there always is in business, but here’s hoping 2022 bring more amazing memories to both our family and our new home owners.

New Projects

6202 Cary Drive
This 3,500 square foot modern family home located in the Allandale area features a beautiful outdoor living space with a fireplace, and sliding glass windows overlooking the pool. 

6007 Cary Drive
For this project we were contracted by a family to build their forever home, complete with individual kid’s bathrooms, a massive playroom and a pool. 

5902 Woodview
Sitting on a gorgeous plot of land with old large shaded trees, this 3,500 square foot home is set to be completed in 2022.

1740 Camp Craft
This home will be a beautiful new addition to the Westlake area of Austin, a modern, secluded residence with a unique design, thanks to our partners at CoXist Studio.

A contemporary Main/ADU property with the most eye catching iron staircase you’ve ever seen, plus a pool.

Our flagship project of the year, the Hartford Residence is a multi-level modern home built into the sloping ground for a truly magnificent space, located minutes from downtown Austin.
