Each year Austin Home magazine host its Annual Design Awards for local architects, designers, home builders and community builders. This year we were honored to be nominated for three categories and brought home the award for Best Flooring and Countertops for our Hartford Residence luxury home!

It’s no surprise that this home continues to earn awards and recongition. The Hartford Residence is a one-of-a-kind project, featuring a mix of local and European-inspired vendors. Inside this home you’ll find classic contemporary interior details featuring white oak floors, walnut cabinetry, luxury countertops, and designer light fixtures. Completed in 2021, this home is a stunning sight, located in Central Austin.

We were honored to work with the talented team at Clayton Korte to design this home, as well as the team at Moreland Properties to sell this home to it’s current owners.
